Okay. You hear the word oil in conjunction with food, and your mind immediately thinks “fat”.

That’s true as far as it goes, but did you know that there are two types of fat?

Healthy fat, commonly known as good fat and the fat with which we are all too familiar – the bad fat that gives all fat a bad name. But we won’t be talking about the bad fat today.
